The hoovering, the weekly shop. The housework, laundry, washing up. The futile war on disarray - Sunday, such a restful day
A chance to let yourself unwind To spend some precious family time while on your phones or arguing about the state the bathroom's in or to shake off last night's red w**e by being made to run the line at your youngest's football game, and getting yelled at in the rain,
Long may the reign of peace prevail so you can answer work emails and start the coming week less stressed - blessed Sunday, day of rest.

Per Tropical Storm Isaias Advisory Number 3 issued by the NWS National Hurricane Center in Miami. Tropical Depression #9 becomes Tropical Storm Isaias. At 400 AM CDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Isaias was located near latitude 22.0 North, longitude 94.1 West. Isaias is moving toward the east-northeast near 8 mph (13 km/h). A continued east-northeastward motion is expected today, followed by a turn toward the northeast and north on Thursday and Friday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. Rapid strengthening is forecast over the next day or two, and Isaias is expected to become a hurricane by Thursday. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 45 miles (75 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).

10/7 — BRAND NEW 4AM CONE FOR — HIGH END CAT 2 OVER GULF PREDICTED

The cone has been shifted eastward as expected. The center line now around Mobile/Pensacola. Landfall expected late Friday into early Saturday.

NHC raised the intensity to 110 mph over the Gulf, that is high end Cat 2 now.

NHC still mentions high uncertainty on the models as there is some spread still. Everyone inside of the cone needs to still pay close attention to this storm.

This track is a much better scenario for SE , because if you end up west of it the impacts will be far less.

Recon will fly into this storm later this morning. Once they find the actual center that plot position will be used in the afternoon model runs. We will see if that changes anything. Will keep you updated!
