Good morning Tallahassee! The Proper team would like to wish everyone a safe, Happy New Year!
We have some tasty, new plans for 2021 and is why we will be closed for the weekend+ to take the time to relax and work on operations.

Good morning Tallahassee! It may be a week away from Thanksgiving, but it's never too early to get started. We roasted some extra Turkey (from a catering yesterday) just for a Poutine Special this weekend!🦃🧀🍟

Thanksgiving has always been our favorite holiday for many reasons, and on that note, we thought it would be nice to share our Thanksgiving table /sides with our Tally fam.

We will be taking our orders for our sides starting this weekend (Sorry guys, the Cajun fried turkeys are for us😜).

Msg us here for orders, and be the hero at your Thanksgiving party!
Place order by 7pm Monday, Pick up Weds after 4pm.
*Oh, and dont forget to pick up some Proof Brewing Company beers while your at it!🍻

Story Time:

Shortly after opening our doors, we came to the conclusion that our concept was not best suited for our location. It was designed to support a steady flow of traffic in order to operate efficiently, but had not anticipated several challenges that were location specific. Thus began the search for a new location.

Sadly, we did not find the location we were looking for when it came time to renew our lease in March. It was a hard choice, but with so much unknown at the time, we made the decision not to renew. That said, our Capital Cir location is officially closed.

We are beyond grateful for the support of all our friends and family that believed in us and helped us get this far. We are just as thankful for our loyal and enthusiastic guests who dined regularly and introduced others to our concept. You will be missed until we have made new arrangements. Until then, stay safe and eat well.

We will be closed tomorrow (Sat 8/1)for an off-site event. The good news is our very talented friend Chondi, at B. Mani Sweets and Eats, will be hosting a small pop-up to showcase a few of her many delicious offerings. Don't wait too long to order; her goods sell pretty quick.

According to one happy customer, these sandwiches were described as "legit", which means we can't quit. We will be offering the Chicago Italian Beef in meals of 2 ($27.50) and 4 ($53).

Shrimp Pocket (for 4) $35
Surf and Turf Combo (1/2 Chi Beef, 1/2 Shrimp pocket) $45
*above meals come with fries*

We will be closed Sat, 4th of July. Order the Italian Beef as a kit and prepare at your leisure.
