🦪 Oysters, cooking, BYOB & plenty of laughs!

What a great night at The Prepared Table: Tallahassee Kitchen Shop with Felisha Williams Nicholson !

Forgotten Bay Oysters with a presentation from Forgotten Bay Oysters, sharing how our oysters are grown, what makes farm-raised oysters unique, and a little of what goes on behind the scenes from farm to table.

Then Chef Fe took over the kitchen! 👩‍🍳 With years of experience behind the stove, she taught everyone how to prepare oysters SIX different ways — from freshly shucked to fried, broiled and more.

The best part? It was BYOB, hands-on, relaxed, and full of laughs. I personally had a blast hanging out with Chef Fe and everyone who came out. 🍻🦪

This definitely won’t be the last one! We’ll be doing more oyster events in the future, and we’ll post upcoming dates here on social media and on The Prepared Table’s website.
