Our NEW Fall Menu is bringing some serious flavor to BOTH Huntsman locations, and this next dish is one you absolutely don't want to miss!

🍤 EBI & HOTATE SHIOYAKI 🍤

In Japanese cuisine, Shioyaki translates to "salt-grilled," a beautifully simple technique that lets incredible ingredients speak for themselves. And when you're working with shrimp and scallops, sometimes less really is more.

But you know us… we couldn't leave it at that. 😉

🦐 Salt-Grilled Shrimp & Scallops — Beautifully seasoned, expertly grilled, and bursting with natural sweetness.

🌶️ Yuzu Kosho Aioli — A punchy combination of bright Japanese citrus, fermented chile heat, and creamy richness.

🥔 Furikake Fingerling Potatoes — Tender fingerlings dressed up with Japan's iconic savory seaweed and sesame seasoning.

🎃 Miso Roasted Squash — Sweet, caramelized squash meets the deep, savory umami of miso.

With Hurricane Isaias approaching, we've made the decision to close Huntsman 30A out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our wonderful staff, guests, and community.

We're truly sorry to miss the opportunity to welcome you in this weekend, but keeping everyone safe is always our first priority. ❤️

🍽️ We plan to reopen Monday and look forward to getting back to doing what we love most — sharing great food, great drinks, and memorable evenings with all of you!

We've been busy in the kitchen dreaming up bold new dishes, playing with seasonal ingredients, and putting our signature Huntsman spin on some seriously delicious creations. Expect big flavors, a little adventure, and plenty of new favorites! 🥂

We took one of the greatest cocktails ever made and gave it the Huntsman treatment.

🥃 Old Soul Single Barrel Bourbon — distilled in Jackson, Mississippi
🐗 Wild Boar Bacon Fat-Washed — adding a rich, savory depth and silky texture
🍊 Angostura & Orange Bitters — spice, citrus and aromatics
🍯 Demerara — deep, caramelized sweetness to bring it all together

The fat-washing process infuses the bourbon with the smoky, savory character of wild boar bacon while leaving behind an incredibly smooth, luxurious mouthfeel.

🐙 A Huntsman Classic, reimagined with the season.

Grilled Octopus has long been a staple of our menus, but its preparation is never meant to stand still. Each season gives us an opportunity to revisit the dish—building new flavors, textures, and influences around something we love cooking.

At Huntsman 30A, our current preparation pairs fire-grilled octopus with rich makhani sauce, cumin & cardamom potato salad, and a bright citrus herb salad dressed with honey thyme vinaigrette. Crispy pappadum brings the final bit of crunch to the plate.

Smoky and charred. Warmly spiced. Rich, bright, and balanced.
