Made Brunswick stew last night. It's was awesome.
1 pork roast small
2 Cornish hens
3. Seasoned peppers and onions
4. Veggie soup mix
5. Bbq sauce
6. Ketchup
7. 1 large can ofwhole tomatoes

Take hens and pork and boil together for about an hour. Remove from pot to cool water so it can be do-boned. Add in large can of tomatoes Add veggie soup mix and saute onions and peppers. Then add 1 bottle on bbq sauce and 1 half bottle of ketchup. Then add back in chicken and pork. Let simmer on low for about and hour. I did not drain the juice that the meat cooked in. How ever it would be best to drain about half.

And this is my version of Brunswick stew. This does not need any seasoning.
