Help us congratulate Chef Jesus Boites on an incredible 25 years with El Gaucho! 🎉🥂

Since joining the team in 2001, Chef Jesus has become a dedicated leader, mentor, and champion of the standards that define the El Gaucho experience. His passion for quality, consistency, and excellence is unmatched. In fact, after cooking the perfect porterhouse for founder Paul Mackay and former Corporate Executive Chef Ken Sharp, they knew they had found the right leader for El Gaucho Tacoma.

Chef Jesus proudly says he "bleeds Gaucho," and anyone who has worked alongside him knows just how true that is. Beyond the kitchen, he is a devoted father, proud of his three children, including sons Pepe and Alejandro, who now work beside him at El Gaucho.

To celebrate this remarkable milestone, Chad and Cooper surprised Chef Jesus with a custom jacket created by designer Luly Yang, a fitting tribute to a chef whose impact on our team has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Thank you, Chef Jesus, for 25 years of leadership, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Here's to the next chapter. ❤️
