We understand that some of you may be disappointed with the recent changes to our concept and menu. Your feedback and satisfaction are incredibly important to us, and we want to address your concerns directly.

Our decision to temporarily close and change our concept was bittersweet. It was not taken lightly, as we knew it meant letting go of some beloved traditions. However, we felt it was necessary to take a step back to ensure we could meet the high standards you have come to expect from us. Rather than serving food that did not meet our quality requirements, we chose to reassess and adapt our offerings to the evolving demands of the restaurant industry.

While we have always honored traditional recipes, our new focus is on innovation. We have crafted a fresh menu that blends classic flavors with modern culinary techniques, aiming to create a unique and delightful dining experience. We understand that this shift may not align with everyone's expectations.
