A free shuttle bus is new at this year’s Westcott Street Cultural Fair, part of an effort to ease a parking crunch that led to about 50 cars being towed last year, said fair chair Sharon Sherman.

The fair runs Sunday, Sept. 27, from noon to 6:30 p.m., rain or shine.

It draws thousands of people to the Westcott neighborhood each year.
