Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and infinite possibilities. And was born 40 years too late. I have a deep appreciation for nostalgic recipes, and get inspired by the tastes and colorful beauty found in my travels. Life is too short to eat mediocre baked goods. Taste a bite of paradise!

Cookies make me smile.

Measuring, mixing, forming. Feeling the grit of the sugar in the dough, smelling homemade vanilla as it glugs from the bottle, breathing in the toasty sweet aroma wafting from the oven, and seeing them lined up like soldiers marching in formation as they cool.

Self-proclaimed baking nerd here... Cookies make me smile. 🌺

BTW - I can also now make my own cannoli shells!! They are actually Italian Pizzelles molded into a cannoli shape. My first customer was obsessed with them!
