As another amazing Pirates Weekend comes to a close, I want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this event such a tremendous success.
This weekend would not be possible without the dedication, teamwork, and support of so many people. From those working behind the scenes to those bringing the excitement and entertainment to the streets of Sylvan Beach, every contribution helped make Pirates Weekend 2026 one to remember.

Thank you to Mike Fischer for organizing another fantastic Pirates Music Fest and bringing great entertainment to the weekend. Your efforts helped create memorable experiences for everyone who attended.
A special shoutout to the Pirates Fireworks—they were absolutely amazing and the perfect highlight to the celebration!
🧒 Thank You for Kid’s Day
A very special thank you to Tanya Pifer and The Union Chapel for hosting Kid’s Day and creating such a fun and memorable experience for the children.
We also want to recognize our amazing Volunteer Pirates who spent the day entertaining the kids and staying in character. It takes a lot of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to be a pirate all day, and your commitment helped make Kid’s Day one of the most enjoyable parts of the weekend.

Events like this don’t happen because of one person—they happen because an entire community comes together. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who played a part in making Pirates Weekend 2026 such a success.
As the ships pull away from the harbor and our pirates sail off into the sunset, we’ll pack away the treasure, stow the sails, and wait for the call to raise the flags again.
