We’re beyond thrilled to announce the grand opening of The Tuck and Table, and we’re even more excited to introduce the mastermind crafting our mouthwatering dishes: our Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef, Branyon Colvin! 🎉
A proud Robbinsville native and son of beloved Head Football Coach Bob Colvin, Branyon is a local legend with a passion for food that’s as big as the mountains he calls home. Armed with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Technology, Branyon has spent over 20 years honing his craft, transforming fresh ingredients into unforgettable culinary experiences.
Branyon’s culinary journey is nothing short of inspiring. An avid snow skier, he’s taken his talents to the upscale ski resort towns of California and Colorado, where he sharpened his skills in high-pressure, seasonal kitchens.
From 2010 to 2021, he owned and operated the wildly popular The Notorious P.I.G., a catering company and BBQ food truck that became a regional favorite for its bold flavors and creative flair.
Most recently, Branyon served as Executive Chef at Fontana Village, where he wowed guests with his innovative dishes.
Now, Branyon is bringing his expertise, creativity, and passion to The Tuck and Table, where he’s ready to serve up dishes that will have the whole region talking! From farm-fresh ingredients to bold, unforgettable flavors, his menu is set to make our restaurant the destination for food lovers near and far.
