Chef Keith spent a year training in Amberg, Germany, where he had the chance to learn firsthand from local chefs and friends. During his time there, he picked up the techniques, flavors and traditions behind the German dishes that inspired this special menu.

Next week, he’s bringing a little bit of Amberg back to Breadheads’ Tiki Shak with Currywurst mit Pommes, Bavarian der Teller, and our Bavarian Brat Burger.

To pair with that menu we have a variety of Oktoberfest beers including Innovation Brewing on tap!!
