ONE YEAR. TREMENDOUS GROWTH. REAL MOMENTUM. ❤️🐎
Today, we are proud to share that Sweetwater ISD has earned a C in the 2026 TEA Accountability Ratings—an acceptable rating and our best district rating in the last five years.
But this is about much more than a letter grade. It represents the tremendous growth that occurred in just ONE YEAR because of the hard work, focus, and commitment of our students, teachers, staff, campus leaders, families, and community.
Our classrooms are getting stronger. Our students are growing. Our systems are improving. And our district is moving forward.
We celebrate this progress because our people have worked incredibly hard to achieve it—but we are not done. A C is not our destination. It is evidence that the work is making a difference and that we are headed in the right direction.
