Just a Friendly Reminder——Many customers who are familiar with seafood already know this, and have been amazing as always in waiting for the true season to come in…
In Continuing on the seafood Journey… We try hard to deliver our best product. Signs are posted about the texture of the Fried crabs when you come in to buy. Be reminded We do not make the crabs, we make the batter. Nature takes care of the crabs. Due to weather going up and down. The water temperature is not hot right now. Therefore, the texture of the meat is soft. We are consistently checking with our supplier and he as well can not change nature. Believe it or not we buy the crabs, travel to get them, break them, clean them numerous times, and the list goes on and on. We do not freeze our product and we go daily to get the fresh LIVE crabs. Please wait a couple of weeks to buy and hopefully the texture will be at top notch. If you have concerns or problems, reach out to us. Once again CALL or TEXT us. It’s so easy to do. The number and concern statement is still at the top of our page where it has always been.
