One of our regulars was kind enough to “quality control” the new Steak Box Tots today.
Crispy Box Tots piled with seasoned grilled steak and finished with our house-made horseradish sauce.
Apparently, they passed. 😉

We had one of our better weeks in a while, and honestly… it felt good.

The room had energy. The kitchen was moving. The bar was busy. People were sharing plates, ordering cocktails, catching up, and reminding us why we keep pushing so hard.
