I have thought long and hard about this post. I made sure to cross all my T’s and dot all my I’s before posting to find out what actually happened. So paradise eats was not asked to leave nor did anybody turn them in like they are saying. They were simply asked by the city to move because their window was facing towards the street and there was a line of people and there was concern that somebody could get hit unfortunately this did not sit well with them and they’re the ones that chose to leave. The burger barn under no circumstances whatsoever turned them in for anything. If you know me you know that I have repeatedly said since I bought the burger barn that I think competition is a good thing. I was on a committee that planned the festival weekend and we brought in many food trucks so why would I have a problem with one coming into town? Paradise eats has been coming to Superior in the 2 1/2 years that I’ve owned the burger barn so why would I have a problem with them now? As soon as we were told that this was being said about us, my husband went up and talk to them very nicely to explain to them that we did not have anything to do with it. Unfortunately, Chrissy was very nasty to him and got his face, the gentleman that was with her was very polite and thanked him for coming and talking to them. I do not know why she chose to smear our name or to even blame a committee that had nothing to do with it. This was simply the city asking them to turn their truck around. It is not my job to make people believe me or not. That is up to you!!
