A huge shoutout to this wonderful woman, Kim! 🥂
She’s the reason Chef OD and I have been away all week, as we took our first trip out to Chippewa Falls to celebrate Wissota Chophouse’s 10-year anniversary. Celebrating a decade of incredible food, hospitality, and hard work with great people makes you realize just how special this team really is.
We’ll be back home and ready to roll tomorrow! Here’s to 10 amazing years and many more to come! 🎉🥩

Meet Sammie, she has been with the Wissota team since January 2026.
When she isn’t making your delicious drinks, she is probably practicing pottery or out enjoying the Twin ports beautiful hiking trails.
She has a love for camping, family and mushroom ravioli.

This looks amazing! ❤️
Check out Janesville Wissota Chophouse!

🍂 Saying goodbye to summer is never easy, but every ending brings the beginning of something beautiful.

For Chef Victor, this dish represents that moment when the brightness of summer slowly gives way to the warmth and richness of autumn. A celebration of two seasons meeting on one plate.

✨ Pan-Seared Scallops
Asparagus Foam • Spinach Coulis • Crispy Tempura Oyster Mushrooms • Herb Oil

Fresh, delicate, earthy, and full of heart.

Chef Victor did it again—not just creating a dish, but telling a story through food. ❤️

Come taste the changing of the seasons at Wissota Chophouse Janesville.
