One final night. One unforgettable celebration.

On August 22, The Nikkei Encounter arrived at E41 Brickell for the final evening of our 6th Anniversary culinary journey — closing four incredible nights of food, w**e and Nikkei storytelling.

Our deepest thanks to Host Chef Daniel Contreras and Guest Chef Tito Bravo for creating an extraordinary experience for our guests and bringing their talent, vision and shared Nikkei roots to every dish.

Thank you as well to our sommeliers, Gustavo Piteo and Lydia Martínez, whose carefully selected pairings created the perfect connection between the w**es and each moment of the dinner.

And to every guest who joined us in Brickell — and throughout these four special nights — thank you for choosing E41 to celebrate with us. Your excitement, your reactions to every dish and the incredible comments you shared about the experience were the best way we could have celebrated six years of E41.

The Nikkei Encounter may have come to an end, but there is much more to come.

An unforgettable night at E41 Las Olas.

On August 21, The Nikkei Encounter brought our 6th Anniversary celebration to Las Olas for an evening where creativity, technique and our Peruvian-Japanese roots came together around one table.

A very special thank you to Host Chef Daniel Contreras and Guest Chef Tito Bravo for the extraordinary experience they created for our guests, and to our sommeliers, Gustavo Piteo and Lydia Martínez, for thoughtfully pairing each w**e with the flavors and story of the dinner.

And, of course, thank you to our guests for choosing E41 and allowing us to share this experience with you. Watching you discover and enjoy every moment of the menu — and hearing how much you loved the dinner — made the evening truly memorable for our entire team.

On August 20, our 6th Anniversary celebration arrived at E41 Sunrise for another remarkable evening of Nikkei cuisine, bringing together the creativity and talent of Host Chef Daniel Contreras and Guest Chef Tito Bravo.

Thank you to both chefs for taking our guests on such an extraordinary culinary journey, and to our sommeliers, Gustavo Piteo and Lydia Martinez, for creating the perfect dialogue between every w**e and every moment of the menu.

E41 Brickell had the honor of being part of Discover Peru aboard the B.A.P. Unión, a special experience presented by PROMPERÚ and the Consulate General of Peru in Miami.

Through a Peruvian Ceviche Master Class, a Pisco Sour Master Class, and a selection of bites showcasing our Peruvian Nikkei Fusion cuisine, we shared a taste of our culture, traditions, and gastronomy with an incredible group of guests.

Thank you PROMPERÚ and the Consulate General of Peru in Miami for inviting us to be part of this special event.

Two chefs. Two journeys. One shared origin

In celebration of E41’s 6th Anniversary, Corporate Chef Daniel Contreras welcomes Guest Chef Tito Bravo, Executive Chef of Lima Nikkei Madrid, for a special collaboration inspired by their shared Peruvian roots and their distinct journeys through Nikkei cuisine.

The experience unfolds through five moments — Otoshi, Frío, Brasa, Fuego Lento & Dulce — bringing together raw preparations, fire, slow cooking and a final sweet expression.

Each stage is thoughtfully paired with w**es curated by Gustavo Piteo, E41 Corporate Sommelier, and Lydia Martínez, Guest Sommelier.
