🍙 為什麼叫 Riceburrito？
⠀
其實在台灣，
我們都叫它「飯糰」。
⠀
但當我們把台灣早餐帶到美國時，
發現很多人第一次看到飯糰時都會問：
⠀
🤔 Is it sushi?
🤔 Is it a burrito?
⠀
於是我們想到一個更容易理解的名字：
⠀
Riceburrito 🍙🌯
⠀
因為它和 Burrito 的概念很相似，
都是把各種美味食材包在一起，
方便拿著吃、帶著走。
⠀
最大的不同是，Burrito 是用 tortilla 包裹餡料，而台灣飯糰則是用米飯包覆所有食材。

所以我們把它命名為 Riceburrito，
⠀
希望讓更多人更容易認識台灣飯糰。

紫米、油條、肉鬆、酸菜、菜脯、滷蛋，
⠀
都是許多台灣人從小熟悉的味道 🇹🇼

🍙 Why is it called a Riceburrito?
⠀
In Taiwan, we simply call it a rice ball.
⠀
But when we introduced Taiwanese breakfast to the Bay Area, many customers asked:
⠀
🤔 Is it sushi?
🤔 Is it a burrito?
⠀
So we came up with a name that makes it easier to understand:
⠀
Riceburrito 🍙🌯
⠀
The idea is similar to a burrito—
it's filled with delicious ingredients and made to enjoy on the go.
⠀
The biggest difference is the wrapper. Burritos are wrapped in a tortilla, while a Taiwanese Riceburrito is wrapped in rice.

That's how the name Riceburrito came to be—
a simple way to introduce Taiwanese breakfast to more people.
⠀
Purple rice, crispy dough sticks, pork floss, pickled mustard greens, dried radish, and braised egg are all flavors many people in Taiwan grew up with. 🇹🇼
