Brisket Barn
This is a 2022 Empire Cargo food trailer. 8.5x22. The porch is a 8ft porch. It was completely bare with only the porch being built when I bought it new. I built out the trailer with all NSF approved equipment.
30 gallon fresh water tank, 50 gallon black tank,
5 gallon water heater, water pump, 6 bean/soup warmers, warming cabinet, glass door refrigerator, rooftop ac, 9500 predator generator(with 2 year replacement warranty), 2 recteq BFG 2500 smokers, 2 spare trailer wheels with tires
Will also include a large meat/milk refrigerator(brand new controller, fans) has worked perfectly and kept temp for 3 years straight.
I am keeping Brisket Barn the company since I will continue doing catering and private events, but I no longer need the food trailer. Wrap will need to be removed as I still will be working as Brisket Barn.
Trailer will come with everything. If you would like both smokers, that will be at asking price. If you only want one smoker, or no smokers, we can adjust price.
