9 days until the Bloomsburg Fair and I’m starting to get that feeling now.

I went onto the grounds for a little bit and it’s already about halfway full with vendors, trailers, stands… all of it slowly coming together.

It’s crazy watching an empty fairground turn into its own little city.

Every day it gets a little more real.

9 days. I’m getting excited. 😂

Something new this year at the Bloomsburg Fair…

Sticky Brisket Fingers — our smoked brisket at the Boxcar, Cooper cheese, crunchy onions crisp and maple bourbon sauce wrapped in a BAKED on waffle.

Don’t worry, the Chicken & Waffles on a Stick are still coming too. 😂
