Marshmallow Meadow
A fun latte flavored with toasted marshmallow and a touch of hazelnut, topped with a Peep bunny on a meadow of green cold foam and flower sprinkles.

Enchanted Garden Matcha
Vanilla matcha layered with butterfly pea flower tea and topped with our signature Colligo Cold Foam. A nod to the beauty of the springtime landscape.

Carrot Cake Latte
Our house-made carrot cake syrup with real carrot, warm spice, and a subtle nuttiness. Finished with cream cheese cold foam for a true carrot cake taste. Contains pecans.

Spring Spritz
Fig and pear come together with fresh squeezed lemon juice for a crisp, refreshing drink. Light, bright, and easy to sip.

Salted Honey Vanilla Flat White
A smooth, coffee-forward flat white with honey, vanilla, and a touch of salt to round it out. Balanced, lightly sweet, and built to let the espresso shine. (Available as a latte.)

This season we’ve done things a bit differently, and hosted a Barista Olympics to determine our specialty spring menu! Results are currently undergoing scoring and evaluation, so even the team doesn’t know what’s coming next, but either way we’re excited to share soon 👀☕️ What creations are you hoping to see?

Everybody say hi to Kerra!! Our Operations Lead of the shop. Originally from Texas, she recently relocated to Sumter to begin an exciting new chapter. Moving from a career in animal care, Kerra is now bringing her skills to Colligo through both admin tasks and barista shifts.

Outside of the shop, Kerra is a nature enthusiast who enjoys golfing with her husband and spending time with their dogs. As she prepares to welcome her first baby, she balances her love for Jesus and community with simple joys: binge-watching a great series, practicing small crafts like painting and embroidery, and of course enjoying a perfect cup of coffee.

Everyone say hi to Chandler! She has been a vital part of the journey since the beginning. Having worked alongside our owner at their previous company, Chandler also assisted with the setup and opening of Colligo, and she is one of the elite few who holds the secret to the famous Colligo Cream.

Chandler views coffee as a universal language, a belief that drives her passion for bringing good people together through hospitality. She is also a dedicated traveler, a mahjong enthusiast, and a proud aunt.

While this post is quite delayed, next time you come in say hi to our addition to the team!
