adventure has begun!

Well… sort of. 😂

Our quick 2-hour layover in Amsterdam somehow turned into an overnight stay thanks to a flight delay. But when life gives you an unexpected night in Amsterdam, you make the best of it!

We were thrilled to discover some great Italian imports at the hotel bar — because apparently, even when we’re not quite in Italy yet, we can still find our way to Italian wine!
Unfortunately, the combination of jet lag and a very long travel day won out, so instead of exploring Amsterdam and seeing the sights, we chose the responsible option… sleep! 😂👍🏼

Amsterdam may have to wait for another trip, but tomorrow we’re officially on our way to ITALY!
