Hunkered down with this storm feeling a bit out of balance so I'm doing my monthly ginger lemon tea but adding some vital salts for electrolytes, and various minerals. You only need a pinch so I use hawaiian volcanic salt, black salts, celtic and himalayan. Honey or maple syrup can be added after gently simmering to taste. Also doing a hearty stew for later. Stay warm !

A little of what I've been up to lately. After crazy summer I am catching up on sealing and staining logs. Alot of the under eaves are in good condition and I found a spot with some pencil calculations. I can't bring myself to stain over it! I love history, this old place is so interesting. There is a pencil sharpener mounted to a corner I am definitely leaving it! Lots of work! each inch done by hand by moi.
