Today, we celebrate more than a birthday. We celebrate the people who bring McDonald’s values to life every single day.

Our restaurant is made special by the people behind the counter, in the kitchen, at the front, and behind the scenes. Every single member of our Summerville team plays a part in creating the experience our guests have, and we are incredibly proud of the hard work, heart, and dedication our entire staff brings to the restaurant. There is truly something exceptional about this team. ❤️

Today, we were honored to recognize four amazing members of our team:

And a very special congratulations to our General Manager, Kearia Henderson, who received a special Founder’s Day General Manager Honoree Award. Kearia consistently goes above and beyond to keep the wheels moving, support her team, uphold our standards, and make sure our guests and community feel heard. She takes the concerns of our community seriously and works tirelessly to address them while continuing to lead our restaurant forward. Her dedication, consistency, and leadership do not go unnoticed. This recognition is incredibly well deserved. ❤️
