✨ WE’RE HIRING: PERSONAL / BUSINESS ASSISTANT ✨
📍 Sullivan, MO | $15/hour | Flexible, as-needed hours | Seasonal position
We’re looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and ready to jump into a role where just about every day looks different.
This is a position that assists with both Poppy business tasks and personal/family needs, so we’re looking for someone who truly understands what it means to wear a lot of hats and help wherever needed.
To be very clear — this is the kind of role where just about anything may fall into your job description depending on the day. We need someone who is flexible, willing, proactive, and has a “how can I help?” mindset.
Tasks may include things like:
🩷 Assisting at work events / helping with setup, prep, and behind-the-scenes event needs
🩷 Scouting out events, researching opportunities, and applying for them
🩷 Cleaning & organizing
🩷 Restocking inventory
🩷 Taking inventory / product runs
🩷 Running errands / picking up supplies
🩷 Attending meetings, taking notes, and helping implement ideas
🩷 Ordering products / supplies discussed in meetings
🩷 Assisting with marketing campaigns & projects
🩷 Cleaning out vehicles before events
🩷 Tracking expenses / organizing receipts for taxes
🩷 Personal / family assistance & miscellaneous day-to-day tasks
🩷 And honestly… whatever the day may bring 😅
A few things to know:
• $15/hour
• Flexible schedule
• This is a seasonal role and hours will naturally taper off during the winter months
• Hours are not guaranteed — some weeks there may be no hours available, while other weeks may be much busier and require quite a bit more help
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive
• Must have pretty flexible availability — there will often be times you receive a text from us and need to take semi-immediate action or help with something time-sensitive
• Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, organized, dependable, and proactive
• Must be comfortable with a role that changes often
• Must be willing to jump in and help wherever needed
