🏹 🦌 DEER SEASON IS HERE! 🦌 🏹

As you head out to the stands, Lambdin Farms Processing is ready to handle your harvest with our "one animal at a time" philosophy. Bring your deer to us, and we guarantee the meat you bring in is the exact meat you take home!

To help us keep things moving smoothly on opening day and throughout the season, please keep these quick guidelines in mind:

✨ DROP-OFF REMINDERS:
🔹 Field Dressed: Whole deer must be cleanly field-dressed before arrival.
🔹 Quarters and Boneless for grind also accepted
🔹 Valid Tag: Please have your hunting tag ready at drop-off.

🚫 NO UNATTENDED DROPS: We do not have an outdoor drop-off cooler. A team member must meet you so your deer can be immediately skinned and moved straight into refrigeration!

⏰ OUR SEASON HOURS:
🗓️ Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🗓️ Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📞 AFTER-HOURS/SUNDAY: We can accommodate after-hours drops within reason, but you MUST call ahead first so someone is there to meet you!

🤝 We are also a proud partner of the Hunters Feeding Illinois program. If you are looking to donate your harvest to help feed local families in need, let us know at drop-off!

Illinois hunters are giving their bucks. We're asking you to give a few of yours. 🦌💵

Every year, hunters across Illinois donate harvested deer through Hunters Feeding Illinois, helping provide protein to neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

As part of the Farm to Food Bank effort, the program connects food available right here in Illinois with families who can benefit from it.

🦌 Hunters donate the deer.
💵 Your bucks help pay to process it.

Donations reimburse local meat processors who turn donated deer into packaged ground venison for food pantries across Illinois.

This year, our goal is to raise $50,000 to cover processing costs and help even more donated deer reach our neighbors' tables.

We guarantee what you bring in is what you get back - no batching - your ground venison and breakfast sausage is made from ONLY your deer!

We focus on detailed, custom processing, leaving you with clean, mild-tasting meat. No strong flavor - even if it is a buck from the peak of rut! No need to spend hundreds of dollars to turn all of that delicious protein into summer sausage to mask the gamey taste - from burgers to steaks, you take home ready to use meat.

Average take home is 50-55% - not 25 or 30% like other places.

NO unattended drop offs - we will meet you to drop off so the deer is immediately skinned and moved to the cooler. No laying at the bottom of the pile of hot, half field-dressed deer!
We will accommodate after hours drop offs within reason.
