It’s rare to find someone who cares as deeply about the quality of the food being served as you do. You take so much pride in everything that comes out of the kitchen, and it shows in every biscuit, donut, and meal you make.
No matter what I need, you’re always willing to jump in and help. Over the past year, I’ve grown so grateful not only for the incredible work you do, but for the friendship we’ve built. You genuinely love making people happy, and everyone around you is better because of it.

As our busy season kicks off, I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on how grateful we are.
From a tiny little shack to a place that now serves upwards of 300 people a day, watching Traceys grow has been nothing short of amazing. I took over the business 3 years ago but had been working here 26 years prior. None of it would be possible without our incredible employees, who work tirelessly every day and have truly become part of our family.
Because of them, we've been able to build something special while still being present for our own children and the moments that matter most. That's something we never take for granted.
We are the epitome of a small, family-built business, and we are so thankful for the support of our community, our hardworking staff, and yes even for those days when the parking lot is overflowing.
Thank you for supporting our dream, our family, and a business built with a whole lot of hard work, love, and gratitude. Here's to another busy season we can't wait to serve you all.
