Today was more than just an opening day—it was the realization of a dream, years in the making. Seeing the line outside our doors, the smiles, the support, and the patience from everyone who came out means the world to us.

There were many challenges along the way, but today reminded us why we never gave up. Thank you to our family, friends, customers, neighbors, and the entire community for believing in Bai Cebu Lechon.

Last night, we finally put up the NOW OPEN sign. ❤️

After months of hard work, patience, challenges, inspections, and countless prayers, that simple sign means so much to our family and team.

Today is the day.

Bai Cebu Lechon Roseville officially opens at 10:00 AM!

We’re excited to announce that Bai Cebu Lechon - Roseville will open on Thursday, June 18 at 10:00 AM!

To everyone who worked hard behind the scenes, helped us along the way, supported us, and kept us in your prayers—you know who you are. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We truly could not have done this without you.

This restaurant was built not just to serve food, but to bring the community together. We look forward to finally enjoying each other’s company, reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and becoming part of this wonderful community.
