Happy Monday! We have Lemon Poppyseed pancakes as our pancake or waffle special today. Our entree special is the the Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese! Our homemade bacon and onion jam with Jasper hill chef shreds all grilled to perfection between your choice of bread! Come on out and beat the rainy day blues! ☔️

Good morning! We are open today, we have butterscotch chips as a special. Our entree special is the peaches and cream waffle! Caramelized peaches with oat crumble and whipped cream on top of one of our waffles! Add some Super Secret Ice Cream to take it to the next level!

As a reminder- we can only allow animals trained to perform a service into the restaurant. We do not usually have time to do to go orders on busy weekends. It is very hot. Please do not leave your dog in the car in the parking lot. If you love them- please leave them at home!

We are open from 7AM-3PM today! Lupine are out! Don't forget to check out Harman's Cheese & Country Store this weekend, she has vendors on her lawn and the Willing Workers have a craft fair at the Sugar Hill Meeting House. Our Entree special today is Confit Potato Eggs Benedict- Thick cut confit Yukon gold potatoes, two slices of bacon, two poached eggs, covered in hollandaise, topped with chives and paprika.

On Monday June 1st- Polly’s owners Kathie and Dennis had quite a scare. Their dog Dexter got away from Dennis. Dennis heard yelping, and found Dexter on the double yellow line just above Polly’s. Presumably he was clipped by a car. Dennis and Dexter were helped by so many kind folks, friends and strangers alike, we wanted to update everyone here in hopes some of the folks that stopped to help see this. Dexter, miraculously, only needed stitches above his eye, was kept all afternoon for observation, but got to return home the same day. He’s definitely stiff and sore but the entire family and Polly’s crew is so grateful that was the extent of his injuries. We can’t express our thanks enough to all the folks who stopped to help, your presence was so calming and a reminder of all the good in the world. Dexter is healing up at home and says thank you also!

Also a huge thanks to the team at Companion Pet Care for patching him up and getting us in so quickly!
