When asked what she’s most passionate about on the job, she explained how she loves every role as it serves the guest in some way, and she loves being there for others.❤️

Torie also shared her appreciation for her team, mentioning that no matter the situation, everyone has each other’s backs, and she feels supported. 🙌

Her advice to fellow team members is to have fun, take a deep breath, and remember that there are people who have been in your shoes before, ready to guide you every step of the way. 🐄

But that didn’t stop our team from enjoying the delight of sharing smiles with our guests! 😁

She has been a part of the Main Street fam for 5️⃣ years. Leah loves shifts where she spends her time organizing because it gives her an opportunity to chat with guests and get to know more about her regulars. ☺️

Even though Leah is part of the team, she’s also a raving fan of the Chick-fil-a culture. 🏟️🐮 She looks back fondly on the support and grace she’s received from her team during some challenging times, a true testament to “helping the herd.” 🐄
