Come with me to the Eastern Shore for a bartending gig! 🍸✨ A little behind-the-scenes look at the drive, getting to the venue, and setting up before the event kicked off. I love showing y’all what goes on behind the scenes because the finished event is only part of the story! From the road to the bar setup, come see what a day on the job looks like. 🥂👩🏾‍🍳

Seared chicken, tender eggplant, and sweet curry carrots 🍗🍆🥕✨ A simple plate packed with bold flavor, warm spices, and just the right amount of comfort. Sometimes the best meals are the ones you throw together and let the ingredients do the talking! 😋

Nothing goes to waste around here! 😂🍲 I finally used my frozen onion & pepper stems to make homemade veggie stock, then turned half of it into freezer-cleanout chicken noodle soup! Onions, peppers, celery, eggplant, zucchini, chicken & noodles all went into the crockpot. Cozy, easy, and a delicious way to clean out the freezer! Recipe + the full story on the blog tomorrow. ❤️

🍅🥯 The Ultimate Brunch Bagel!

This morning’s brunch was simple, fresh, and SO good! I layered a toasted bagel with juicy tomato, prosciutto, fresh spinach, creamy burrata, and fragrant basil. A little savory, a little fresh, a whole lot of delicious. 🤌🏽✨

Sometimes the best meals are the ones you can throw together with a few quality ingredients!

Meal prep doesn't have to take over your whole week. 💪🍴

I let my TikTok audience decide this video, and they picked a look at last week's prep! From chopping mountains of veggies to stocking the freezer, this is how I save time, waste less, and make healthy meals easier all week long.

Would you spend a couple of hours prepping if it meant stress-free meals later? 👇

I don’t think you understand the amount of gratitude I have for all the support and votes through this whole journey.
Even if it ends here, I’ve already gotten further than I ever thought possible. Do I want it to end here?
Hell no — so keep voting. https://favchef.com/2026/kati-alexander

But if it does, I know two things for sure:
Y’all really do care and read my blogs and posts.
And I’ve come so far from that girl they told to be quiet and sit down.
So far from the people who said I’d never make it.
I’ve come too far to quit, give up, or look back.
I’ve still got a lot to learn… but we’re on our way, y’all.
