Welcome to the Big Brother’s BBQ page. Let me introduce you to the owners. David is the man behind the meat, he has been barbecuing for over 15 years! After winning several trophies, in different competitions for barbecue, he has finally decided to give a barbecue food trailer a chance and bring his barbecue to a town near you. Allie is his wife and she has no business going near a grill, but she does what she can behind the scenes to support the dream.

If you haven’t heard the story of baby Charlie Joe please visit CharlieJoeHarper.org. Charlie was born with a rare metabolic disease that prevents his body from breaking down amino acids found in protein. The amino acids quickly become toxic and can cause brain damage without proper treatment. Since that diagnosis, Charlie has also been diagnosed with a Grade 4 brain tumor. The two are believed to be totally unrelated and have never been seen together.

Wednesday this week we will be closed. Eric has to have a procedure done. I know it’s the holiday weekend and everyone will need some good grilling meat, so I have a bundle for sale. Memorial Day Bundle for $150 will include:
8 hotdogs
2 racks baby back ribs
5 lbs ground beef
5 lbs chicken wings
5 lbs pork steaks

A reminder that we are closed today. We are attending Mizzou’s graduation.

Today, the employee of the year, Savannah Littrell, graduates Mizzou’s Nuclear Medicine Program. We couldn’t be more proud of the incredible young woman she has become.

She is truly one of the hardest working, incredibly intelligent, stunningly beautiful, genuine souls. I am beyond blessed to be able to be a part of her life. Witnessing her grow and flourish into the incredible young woman she is today has been has truly been an honor. The amount of pride I have watching her grow can’t be described in words written on a page. The talent and intelligence that she possesses will unlock incredible opportunities for her. The world better strap up because she will do amazing things in life. We love you Savannah ❤️

I have smoked pork loin on the smoker for the lunch special today. I also have some bone-in ribeyes on sale today for $18.99/lb.
