I’ve been on the hunt for a good recipe to try for tenderized round steaks and came across this! They call them steak fingers! They may not be the prettiest steak creation we’ve made, but gosh darn it were they good!!! They are thinly sliced strips of round steak, double battered, and lightly fried in oil. They were perfection! Tender, well seasoned, and absolutely delicious with mashed potatoes! This will be made again! 🥩😋

A great way to save some money is by buying beef in bulk! With prices being high at the grocery store, purchasing quarters, halves, or wholes is cost effective and keeps beef on hand at all times. We have two quarters or a half available for May 25th. The price is $4 # hanging weight. However, you will need some freezer space to accommodate the 200 # of hanging weight that comes with a quarter. If you would like to fill your freezer and stay stocked for summer let me know! 🥩
