I’ve been on the hunt for a good recipe to try for tenderized round steaks and came across this! They call them steak fingers! They may not be the prettiest steak creation we’ve made, but gosh darn it were they good!!! They are thinly sliced strips of round steak, double battered, and lightly fried in oil. They were perfection! Tender, well seasoned, and absolutely delicious with mashed potatoes! This will be made again! 🥩😋
