Four days. Four services. Private dinners, a 72-guest plated wedding, a 70-guest Sunday brunch — and a lot happening behind the scenes. Long prep days, sourcing, cooking, loading, service, cleanup, and starting all over again the next morning. Weeks like this are intense, but this is exactly what building M&Ro Kitchen looks like. Proud of our team and ready for what’s next.
