We come from the beautiful city of Toulouse — in the south of France 🇫🇷
Known as “La Ville Rose” (“The Pink City”) because many of its buildings are made from warm pink terracotta bricks that glow beautifully at sunset.

Toulouse is famous for its relaxed lifestyle, amazing food, outdoor cafés, fresh markets, and long meals shared with family and friends. It’s also the European capital of aerospace — home to Airbus — where innovation meets French tradition.

One of the symbols of the city is the beautiful dome and bridge shown here, right along the Garonne River ❤️

Even though we are now in Stuart, a little piece of Toulouse lives inside our café every day — through our recipes, our pastries, and the way we love welcoming people around the table ☕🥐
