Anyone see some flavor combos they like? Our regular toppings are still in play, but here's some new ones. What a privilege it is to be in a position to create and do what you love! Interested to see what the team comes up with.

The Pizza Gene Margerita. Our take on the classic. Striping our organic sauce along the top instead of the bottom creates a great moisture barrier for a nice crisp. Finiahing with our top rated EVOO and basil makes this a fresh one for the summer.

We now have over 100 people that have come into our place in the past year that are "gluten sensitive" (not celiac). They're eating our pizza comfortably.
-It’s not the gluten the vast majority of the time; it's either the chemicals in the flour or that the dough isn't fermented well enough, so they experience bloating.
