🚂 ALL ABOARD, STRUTHERS! 🚂

The countdown is on for the historic arrival of the Union Pacific Railroad Big Boy Locomotive #4014 in Downtown Struthers on Sunday, July 12th!

This once-in-a-lifetime event is expected to draw thousands of visitors to our city, and we are excited to welcome railroad enthusiasts, families, and guests from across the region to experience history in motion.

📍 EVENT HOURS: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🚂 BIG BOY ARRIVAL:
The Union Pacific Big Boy will stop from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the railroad crossing located between Donavito's
and Selah in the heart of Downtown Struthers.

🚧 STREET CLOSURES BEGIN AT 7:00 AM

For the safety of our visitors, the following intersections will be closed:
• Liberty Street & Bridge Street
• Lowellville Road & North Bridge Street
• State Street & Short Street
Please note that the entire downtown event area will be designated as a spectator-only zone during the event.

🅿️ PARKING INFORMATION-please see map courtesy of the Economic Action Group and Nick Cretian!
•Handicap parking will be available at WesBanco.
•Permit parking lots will be reserved for volunteers and vendors.
•Public parking will be available on the City's 28-acre riverfront property along the Mahoning River.

🚌 FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
•We are partnering with Purple Cat to provide shuttle transportation from the public 28 acreage areas to locations closer to downtown throughout the day.

🎪 VENDORS & ENTERTAINMENT
•Visitors can enjoy a variety of vendors located throughout downtown, along with live entertainment on a stage in front of ECMSI from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
