Our next stop: Stroud, Oklahoma!

The BancFirst Stroud team posed with vibrant Mother Road icon, Rock Cafe! A popular stop for Route 66 travelers, this cafe has served multitudes from its start at the end of the Great Depression, to serving soldiers leaving and returning from WWII, to celebrities, and its beloved community members. An excellent symbol of Oklahoma hospitality!

Fun fact: the owner of Rock Cafe was the inspiration for Sally Carrera in the 2006 animated Pixar film "Cars"!

Keep an eye out in the coming months as we celebrate a century of our communities and the people who keep the spirit of Route 66 alive.

What a Magical night at the drive-in!

We had an amazing time at the historic TeePee Drive-In in Sapulpa for a special showing of Disney Pixar's Cars! From a beautiful Porsche to meeting fellow Cars fans and seeing a miniature Rock Cafe, it was a night full of memories!
There's something special about seeing Cars on the big screen right here on Route 66! 🚗🍿

City of Stroud had a main water line break last night. We have been given no timeline as they have been working overnight to repair. Unfortunately, we can't open today. Saturday Sept 26!
