Joann Marburger, pastry chef and co-owner of Patisserie 42, is a graduate of LE Cordon Bleu and has a culinary degree in pastry arts along with many other pastry certifications. During the course of her journey, she has worked as a pastry chef in both 5-star and 4-star resorts and restaurants. She also has professional experience with formal and fine dining desserts along with keeping up on the latest trends.

If you have a good attitude and a zest for life, Patisserie 42 is seeking you. We are looking for a pastry assistant who is a skilled baker with creativity, attention to detail and the ability to multitask to maintain Patisserie 42’s high standards.

Applicants must also have the ability to work in a high-volume environment and work flexible hours for some weekend events and deliveries. Bakery and cake decorating experience preferred.
