Mystery Grand Opening Revealed!

Say hello to Our Rural Roots Micro Bakery LLC farm stand partnership! Alecia took a chance and asked us if we like to partner with her to create a farm stand located on our deck. We thought it was an awesome idea!

What better way to complement our cafe drinks with home style baking! We’re excited to see what kind of products she will bake to go along with our menus. With so many travelers passing through, we’re confident they will get a little Shenandoah Valley home style baking at our quirky property!

Meet Irene! Irene is excited to open up the The Porch Cafe again. She plans to grow herbs and make unique elixirs to really satisfy that sweet spot! Cool neon lights, more books, and fresh looks! We’re getting excited to reopen the Porch Cafe full time! We apologize for the inconsistent hours as we had trouble with staffing. But we found a beautiful lady who’s excited to work the cafe full time as our new manager and bring this place to life! ❤️🫶

New business ideas on the horizon! 🌄

For years, we’ve had the word “Outfitters” on our sign, hoping one day the vision would become a reality. Well… that day may finally be getting closer!

A few local entrepreneurs have started collaborating on some exciting possibilities, and our first official brainstorming meeting was spent scouting local kayaking destinations. 🚣‍♂️ At minimum, check out there pages and give a follow!

We’re also exploring the idea of creating an organic farmers market here, showcasing the incredible products our region has to offer.

We’d love your help! If you know of any local organic farms or growers who might be interested in partnering with us, please tag them in the comments or send us a message. We want to support local more!
