We cater to the celiac community and want you to always feel safe consuming our products. My name is Andrea Lancaster owner of Simple Kneads Bakery, we are a home kitchen bakery serving those with celiac disease and gluten allergies and intolerances. We maintain a 100% gluten free kitchen.

These weren’t just foods. They were rituals. They were comfort. They were belonging. And one day — whether by diagnosis, by necessity, or by the health of someone you love — they were just gone.

And nobody handed you a map for what came next.

Gluten free bread made with different grains will taste like itself — beautiful and satisfying and genuinely delicious in its own right. But the warmth of a fresh loaf? The comfort of something homemade? The pride of pulling something golden out of the oven and sharing it with the people you love.
