The Stow Away Baker The Stow Away Baker is a commercially licensed bakery located in Stow, Maine. I pride myself on being a completely from scratch baker.

All our ordering is currently custom order with preorder and extras available on our Fb page occasionally. The Stow Away Baker is located in Stow, ME. Owner and baker, Lisa Martin, uses simple ingredients to create exceptional flavors. All items are baked fresh to order and are made completely from scratch. We offer contact free pick up at our roadside stand in Stow. We look forward to baking for you.

Sometimes in business you need to make some tough choices. I have decided that I will not be taking any more custom orders for the rest of 2026. I have a lot booked and I’m finding it difficult to keep up with all the messages, quotes, designing, specialty flavors, ect.

If we have talked cookies or cakes or weddings already please reach out if you aren’t sure if you are booked in my calendar.

If you have a subscription in 2026, you are still booked!

I hope to get in some weekly preorders and of course holiday preorder menus will be coming! And always watch for extras!

Chris and I went out to dinner at Pleasant Point Inn for our anniversary tonight.
FABULOUS! Absolutely everything was amazing. Go check them out and say hi to Nick and Bailey.
