The Stow Away Baker The Stow Away Baker is a commercially licensed bakery located in Stow, Maine. I pride myself on being a completely from scratch baker.

All our ordering is currently custom order with preorder and extras available on our Fb page occasionally. The Stow Away Baker is located in Stow, ME. Owner and baker, Lisa Martin, uses simple ingredients to create exceptional flavors. All items are baked fresh to order and are made completely from scratch. We offer contact free pick up at our roadside stand in Stow. We look forward to baking for you.

I have one 13 nights of Halloween cookie countdown calendar. This includes 13 individually packaged 2” cookies in the windowed countdown box seen here. Remember that beautiful vanilla bean paste made with Organic Grade A Madagascar Vanilla Beans?

Well I like my paste really smooth, so I prefer to strain it. That leaves some beautiful pulp that still has loads of vanilla flavor.

So, I dehydrate it and powder it. It’s a lighter flavor than paste or extract but oh so delicious in many treats. Add it to your coffee ground for vanilla coffee, or your baked goods, hot chocolate, teas or buttercream.

I will have some available in The Cabin!
