Dear Friends,
After two unforgettable years, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our restaurant.
This journey has been filled with laughter, late nights, that signature hibachi sizzle, a sprinkle of kitchen chaos (the fun kind), and the joy of serving each and every one of you. Whether you came for a quick bite, a special celebration, or just to say hi, we’re truly grateful for your support, your smiles, and the memories we’ve made together.
Many of you came not just for the food, but for Joe — the heart and soul of this place. His big personality, loud laugh, and those over-the-top birthday serenades (yes, with the live guitar, drum banging, and tambourines!) made this little restaurant feel like home for a lot of people. Seeing him connect with you all, singing and cracking jokes, created the kind of joy that sticks with you.
Although the restaurant chapter is coming to a close, this isn’t the end of our story. Our hibachi food truck is still rolling, and we’ll continue serving the food you know and love wherever we go. We also plan to return to Stoughton regularly so we can keep showing up for the amazing community that supported us along the way.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of this ride. It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later.
With love and gratitude,
Eat at Joe’s ❤️🔥
