This man will be missed dearly. He got up and went to work everyday, whether that was farming, ranching, or grinding meat. And he knew how to have a good time as well.

Andy Jacoby was the man that touched every deer that came through Stonewall Smokehouse for the past 26 years. He is the man that seasoned and ground over a million pounds of sausage, salami, snack stick, and breakfast sausage.

We hope to carry on the dependability that he gave us.

We will be closed Monday, February 3rd, to honor and celebrate the life of Andy Jacoby.

We received a compliment from a customer today regarding our dry sausage. He let a buddy of his try a link. The buddy stated, 'That's the best dry sausage I've ever had. They use the perfect amount of liquid smoke.' We found this remark quite amusing. Here's a photo for that gentleman.
