Devon finished her 5th season with us yesterday and was the leader of our hoagie making team this summer!! She is headed back to the Bronx and her sophomore year at Fordham University. Devon handles the chaos calmly and efficiently and we are so lucky to have her. We can only hope that the hoagie making Gods are smiling down on us and we have her for at least 1 more summer!! Thank you Devon!!

Ryleigh has been with us for 3 summers and if you placed an order on the phone, there is a good chance you spoke to her this summer!!
We have watched Ryleigh gain confidence and maturity and she has become an integral part of our staff. Ryleigh is headed into her senior year of high school and plays volleyball for her high school team! We hope she’ll be back next summer! Thank you Ryleigh!!

Nick is finishing his 2nd summer with us today and gained a lot of confidence on the grill this summer. He is a huge behind the scenes worker doing anything from peeling onions to making tuna. Nick also does a lot of the deliveries on any given day! He is starting his sophomore year of high school and is on the cross country team! He told me, “I’m not leaving you” so we’ll see you next summer! Thanks Nick!!

Grace was the youngest member of our staff (as she likes to remind us daily that we’re old!) and quickly became a great hire! We hand her check after check and she makes the hoagies quickly and correctly! She’ll be starting her freshman year of high school and is also a catcher on a competitive softball team. We’re hoping to have Grace behind the counter for many years to come!! Have a great year and thank you!!

Caroline finishes her 1st summer with us at 4:00 today. She is headed back to UVM for her junior year. She is majoring in Economics and is hoping to study in Ireland. Caroline was a great addition to our team and just maybe (if we’re lucky!) she’ll come back next summer!! Thanks and have a great year!!

Sophia is the 1st one to leave this year and finishes her 1st summer with us today!! She took to hoagie making very quickly and kept us laughing and smiling all summer. She’s headed back to UVA for her 2nd year!! Thank you for a great summer and maybe we’ll see you back behind the counter next year??
