Line cook: Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

Server: Restaurant Servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Laura Bomar celebrated her 2000th beer with us on this chilly Wednesday, we prepared a grilled ceaser salad for her and roasted wings with beer based homemade sauce, with beers from her custom flight & also a dessert made with the fluiffer otter beer on her flight! Congrats Laura, Taco Mac Loves you!!
