Who likes Chicken or Shrimp Alfredo? Here is a quick and easy recipe!
Creamy Keto Chicken Alfredo over Broccoli
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Stick of Butter
2 1/4 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chicken or Shrimp
2 bags of Broccoli
Cook chicken as desired.
I placed sliced chicken in a skillet with olive oil, seasoned with Big Nasty seasoning. Cooked the chicken on medium heat. Cooked thoroughly turning frequently until done.
Shrimp as desired
I took frozen deveined shrimp placed in a bowl with cool water and thawed. Removed tails and placed in a skillet with butter until desired temperature.
Steamed Broccoli
I used frozen broccoli and placed it in the microwave per instructions.
In saucepan place heavy whipping cream on warm heat, add butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stirring frequently. Add in 2 cups of Parmesan cheese continue stirring until smooth.
Put broccoli on a plate, place chicken or shrimp on broccoli. Pour Alfredo over and top with grated parmesan cheese!
