Tomorrow might be the first day of fall BUUUTTTT we’re hanging on to summer for one more day! ☀️🍂

🐓Homemade chicken salad on either a hoagie bun or artesian bread served with chips, a dessert, and tea or coffee! We begun serving at 11am and will serve until sold out!

Shortcakes has been owned by the same family for 42 years! Opened in 1984 by Gayla and still run by her today with the help of her daughters, Kristina and Charley! Gayla ran Shortcakes with Glen until his passing in 2025. For many years you could find them running the register or cooking behind the counter! They are who kept this place going which has become a staple to many! In this time, every one of their kids has worked there and now several grandkids as well!
