Wood-fire roasted in a spicy tomato sauce

Stuffed Onion Rolls | 14
Layers of onion rolled and stuffed with ground beef tenderloin,
rice, tomatoes, garlic & spices. Simmered in a tomato butter broth.

Capellini Pomodoro | 15
Fresh garlic, diced tomatoes, and capers. Tossed in angel
hair pasta with olive oil. Topped with fresh parsley and Asiago.

Curry Chicken Salad | 16
Boneless chicken tossed with celery, grapes, and onions in a
house-made curry sauce. Served chilled with fresh fruit and cashew nuts.

Blackened Swordfish Strips | 16
Lightly blackened and served on a bed
of fried spinach with citrus basil aioli.
